WHAT if i receive the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong product, you will need to contact us within 48hrs from receiving your delivery notifying us of the incorrect delivery. You can contact us via the contact form found here or by calling us on +61432905546

WHAT if i receive a faulty product?
If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us as soon as you can and we will arrange a full refund and have the faulty product returned to our warehouse at our cost.

WHAT can be returned?
If your product is related to a warranty claim, please fill out a claim form in the resolution center found here.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
You will be provided instructions on where to return your item once you have made a claim in the resolution centre found here.

HOW do I return items?
You will be required to return the product to our warehouse via a courier service. If we find it to be a warranty issue, we will either repair or replace the item. OzTek Solutions will reimburse the cost of freight to return the item if its found to be faulty. If it's found to be not under warranty, a quotation will be provided to repair.
